It is very difficult for us to disqualify a dog. We try to hold onto each dog sure that they will be able to get past whatever
problem it is that will disqualify him/her. I try very hard to figure out how to place the dog in a situation where the
behavior will not be an issue if I cannot fix the problem behavior. Unfortunately, some problems cannot be fixed and the
dog has to be removed from the program. These dogs are always missed as we have spent a lot of time, effort, money,
and love training them to become someone's partner.
All of our career change dogs are housebroken, crate trained, travel in cars, have been exposed to cats, kids, farm
animals, and many different people, places, and things. In addition to this they are UTD on all vaccinations, heartworm
tested, neutered/spayed, and microchipped.
It is a requirement that these dogs are to be a part of the family, not a dog that spends his life outside in the yard.
Unless otherwise noted our adoption fee for these guys is $350.00
